The practitioners at Optimal Health Associates have an outstanding record of helping patients achieve optimal health—even some patients who have been "given up on" by world-renowned hospitals and specialists.

The friendly and helpful staff at Optimal Health Associates have extensive experience in the compassionate art of healing.  We are dedicated to improving lifestyles and restoring optimal health to persons of all ages.

Pictured here are some of the OHA staff.  Clockwise from left to right are Pat Ramer, RN;  Elaine Brooks, office administrator and technician;  Dr. Thomas S. Lee, NMD; and Babette Clough, RN, LAc, APH.

Dr. Sean Devlin, DO, HMD is Medical Director at Optimal Health Associates.

Dr. Thomas S. Lee, NMD, APH is an experienced and innovative naturopathic physician.  He received a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine (NMD/ND) in 1986 from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington.  Licensed in Washington, Manitoba, and Arizona, Dr. Lee has been certified since 1996 as a specialist in Family Medicine by the American Board of Naturopathic Medical Specialties.  In 2006 he was certified as an Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy (APH) by the Nevada State Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners.  While Nevada does not yet license Naturopathic Doctors, the state's Homeopathic Medical Board has achieved a scope of practice as wide as that of naturopathic physicians in other states.

Babette "Babs" Clough, RN, LAc, APH
Babs Clough (pronounced Kluff) is an Advanced Practitioner of Homeopathy (APH), Registered Nurse (RN - Hawaii), Acupuncturist (LAC - Hawaii), has a Master's Degree in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture (MAC), and is an herbalist and Ordained Minister.  During her 40-year career, she has served as a US Army Nurse Captain in Vietnam, Expectant Parents Organization Staff Member and Instructor, Visiting Nurse, Public Health Nurse, Private Duty Nurse, Hospital RN (serving in the Emergency Room, OB-GYN, Newborn Nursery, ICU, Neonatal ICU, Orthopedics, Infectious Disease, and as a Discharge Coordinator), Holistic Health Clinic Manager, and Guest Lecturer and public speaker in nursing and holistic health.

Pat Ramer, RN has over 30 years of nursing experience providing quality patient care using a wide variety of conventional and complementary health diagnostic and treatments methods, including highly effective intravenous fluid (IV) treatments.

Jessica Saralegui, RN is a patient care specialist in various forms of conventional and complementary medicine.

Elaine Brooks, Office Administrator and Technician, is an Acuscope and Myopulse Technician, with extensive experience with health foods and holistic health supplementation.  She is currently enrolled in the Ralston School of Massage in Reno.

SaDonna Nolasco, Administrative Assistant in training, has served as an Administrative Specialist in the US Army.

The true balance of health includes spiritual and emotional issues.  If a patient desires spiritual support, we have a minister on staff, and each provider has extensive life experience with their own spiritual growth to share.
